“I had a toilet that leaked and ran constantly, and had tried fixing it myself a few times, and was told by the place that sold it to me that the brand was discontinued and the replacement parts weren’t available. I contacted Ace, and even though this was a small, non-urgent job, Marc contacted me immediately, took the relevant info, and called me back with an estimate and appointment the same day.
They were able to repair it within a couple days, and were clean, efficient, professional, and on time. Marc called ahead to confirm that the workman was on his way, and checked in afterwards to see if I was satisfied–which I was, completely!
