I have been in facility management for 15 years. I knew that my toilet leak was the flapper. I technically know what is needed, but am not handy so I called ACE. The reason I called them is that they are local, and have helped us once before.
The receptionist was really nice and gave me a 1 hour window that the plumber Mike would show up. Mike was on time and very efficient. He showed me the damaged part and took it with him to Home Depot to ensure that he got the right replacement.
I also showed him my janky sink from the 1940’s and he said that he could replace that was well. 7 years I have struggled with this stupid sink faucet. It’s now perfect. Very efficient, friendly, and FAST. toilet and sink repaired for just under $200.00.
