“Can I give 10 plus stars!!! Eric and Jeff are life savers!! I originally called 24/7 Rooter and Plumbing… BIG MISTAKE! ACE is the BEST!!! Not only did ACE fix my plumbing problem, they put my mind at ease! My neighbors busted the pipe in the backyard, didn’t tell us until 9pm at night, and shut our water off. Talk about an EMERGENCY!!
I called after having a horrible experience with 24/7 Rooter and Plumbing (They are not 24/7…) and Eric calmed me down from my frustration with them, and he got me in contact with the best plumber in the world Jeff! Not only did Jeff fix the issue, he walked us through what he was going to do, why he was going to do it, and why he needed to do what he was going to do. I feel educated on plumbing and safe! I now have water in my apartment, and it was so fast!
Talk about AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will always contact Ace Plumbing and Rooter from now on. I am writing this review an hour after Jeff left. I was able to take the shower I was dying for! Thank you Jeff and Eric for EVERYTHING!! BEST SERVICE EVER!”
