I was disappointed that he couldn’t repair it but it was a closed box device and not surprising. He was able to get the part and install it in two hours. I didn’t have to go to the store or order anything. He made it work and was done very quickly. The part he charged for replacement part was the price I would expect to pay at a home repair store.”
