After having PG&E shut down my water heater and gas supply (water heater not venting outside, gas leak on the range….) at MIDNIGHT, when they finally arrived Monday – I was so upset. I had moved into this apartment 4 days before – no hot water and now I needed a plumber.
I did a search and called these guys seriously late Monday night. A super pleasant gal took my info and set up an estimate for me the next morning!
They came, were the most competent and upfront of EVERYONE I saw that morning, and when they realized how miserable I was….promised they would try to come THE SAME DAY. To replace a hot water heater, completely design a new ventilation system and fix my gas leak.
True to their word, and importantly their estimate of $1400, they called me when they had an opening and came at 12:30 that day and worked all afternoon.
The guys who worked on it all, Benny and Adrian, were AMAZING. Funny, hardworking and very cool. I felt safe, respected and really enjoyed their company, being that I was a single lady in the house all day.
Everything is in working order and these folks literally turned my situation around in 24 hours.
I cannot recommend them enough!”
